About Us

As a third generation Hampton Roads native, Anne Klima loves this area and everything it has to offer. Having bought her first house at age 19 while working at her first real estate office, Anne has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate world. Her background includes land acquisition, custom new construction, and rentals but her focus will always be on helping others buy or sell their homes. 

She is a coastal girl at heart and loves living on the water. When she is out of the office, you can often find her and her husband out on their boat enjoying our gorgeous waterways.  Waterfront house hunting is her favorite and she's happy to take her buyers out to look at properties from the boat. 

Anne's passion remains true to all parts of real estate whether you are buying, selling, or looking for investment opportunities. As someone who loves to take an older home and restore it for a new owner, she knows all the ins and outs of navigating this ever changing industry.
